Amazon is selling the Apple Watch Ultra 3 GPS + Cellular 49mm, Black Titanium with the Black Titanium Milanese Loop (L), for $699.97, but the listing says the deal is exclusively for Prime members. The listing shows a $899.00 List Price and 22% off. Price as of 7:49 PM ET Oct 13, 2026; end date not announced.

We checked the Amazon.com listing with delivery ZIP 03063. It was in stock, shipped and sold by Amazon.com, and tagged "Limited Prime deal". We did not check what non-members are charged.

Why it matters

9to5Toys says this price is on par with the lowest it has seen, apart from a couple of hours during Prime Day when almost no one could get it. It also says the price has come and gone, and was live again on Oct 13. We did not check price history ourselves.

Apple now sells the Ultra 4. Its shop page lists the Ultra 4 in this same Black Titanium and Milanese Loop finish at $899, so this Ultra 3 is $199.03 cheaper. The trade-off is a watch one generation behind.

Ultra 3 or Ultra 4

  • Ultra 4 price: Apple lists it from $799; $899 in this finish.
  • Battery: Apple says the Ultra 4 gets up to 50 hours of normal use. The Amazon listing gives the Ultra 3 up to 42 hours.
  • Heart sensing: Apple says the Ultra 4 has a new Health Sensing System, a readiness score, and 60x more frequent background heart rate readings and 24x more frequent HRV readings than the Ultra 3.
  • Shared: a 49mm titanium case, an Action button, satellite features, cellular and 5G are on both, per Apple and the Amazon listing.

Who should buy the Ultra 3

Our read, untested: the Ultra 3 on Amazon still suits a Prime member who wants the big titanium Ultra case and satellite features, and does not need the new heart-sensing and readiness features.

If those or the longer battery matter, the gap to a base Ultra 4, about $99, may be worth paying. Without Prime, this price is not available to you.
