Keepa's price tracker showed the Lisen 603 Mini at $32.98 on Amazon at 1:57 PM ET Oct 13, 2026. PCWorld reported it at $33 the same day. We could not read Amazon's US price ourselves, so check the Amazon listing before you order.
The real saving is about $13
Per Keepa's tracker, new offers on the Amazon listing were usually priced at $45 to $48 over the last 90 days, with short dips to $40 and $43 in early October. It has sat at about $33 since about Oct 9. That is about $12 to $15 under usual.
The same $33 showed up for stretches in August and September, so this matches its low in Keepa's 90-day window rather than beating it. PCWorld calls the price "a few bucks more than its all-time low"; we did not check earlier prices.
Keepa's figure can trail what Amazon's page shows at the moment you open it. If the listing price is higher than $33, the saving shrinks by the difference, and a coupon or seller change on the page would alter it too.
What you get
PCWorld describes a single unit that works as a 35W wall charger and, with its prongs folded, a 30W power bank. It lists a 6,800mAh battery, a built-in 3.3-foot USB-C cable and a second USB-C port.
As a wall charger, PCWorld says it takes a modern iPhone to 50% in about half an hour. Recharging the power bank takes about two hours, it says.
Amazon titles the listing "LISEN Mini 3in1 Portable Charger for iPhone 18 Pro/Pro Max/Duo, 3.3FT Cable", per our archived copy, under the same ASIN PCWorld links.
What it lacks
PCWorld puts the battery at one day for one phone, and says 6,800mAh fully charges a phone with a little to spare. That is a single top-up, not a weekend away from an outlet, and it is the main reason to look at a bigger battery if you travel often.
PCWorld says the cable is not retractable, so you coil it, and that the extra USB-C port needs a separate cable and drains the battery much faster with two devices connected.
One alternative
Anker's US store listed its Power Bank (10K, Fusion, Built-In Cable) at $52.99 at 2:02 PM ET. Anker's page lists 10,000mAh, 30W, a foldable plug and a 0.82-foot built-in cable.
Anker's store price is about $20 higher, for a larger battery and a much shorter cable. We did not compare the two side by side.
Who should skip it
On PCWorld's figure, our advice is to skip it if you want more than one phone charge between outlets, need a retractable cable, or already own a charger and power bank you like. A $13 saving is a small reason to swap working gear.
Who it suits
In our judgment, the Lisen 603 Mini suits commuters and short-trip travelers who carry a wall charger and a power bank and would rather pack one device. We did not test it; the performance figures here are PCWorld's.
