Amazon lists UGREEN's ClipBuds Pro 2 open-ear earbuds at $74.99. The List Price on the listing is $99.99, so the saving is $25.00, or 25%. The listing says it is sold by UGREEN Group Limited and ships from Amazon. Price as of 7:59 AM ET Oct 12, 2026.
UGREEN told us about this promotion and says the $74.99 price runs Oct 12 to 25, 2026. This is not a new drop: the listing already showed $74.99 when we checked on Oct 10, and still did on Oct 12. We have not seen it go lower, and we could not confirm that $74.99 is a record low.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases, so the Amazon listing is an affiliate link. UGREEN gave us the heads-up but did not review or approve this post.
Is $74.99 the lowest price?
We can't say. CamelCamelCamel has tracked this listing for only about six days, which is too little history to call any price a low. It shows $99.99 on Oct 5. We did not check Keepa.
UGREEN gives $99.00 as the original price, but the Amazon listing says $99.99, so we use $99.99. UGREEN's own page also shows $99.99 as the list price.
What you get
The ClipBuds Pro 2 clip around the ear instead of sealing the ear canal. UGREEN lists 11mm drivers, LDAC support, Bluetooth 6.1, and an IP56 rating for the earbuds. Each earbud weighs 6g.
UGREEN claims up to 10 hours of playback per charge and up to 46 hours with the case. Calls use four microphones plus two bone-conduction sensors. These are UGREEN's own up-to figures under its own test conditions, which we have not reproduced, and SoundGuys repeats them from the launch. The one hands-on review we found, Movies Games and Tech on Oct 4, repeats the battery numbers and reports no lab-style measurements.
Who open-ear suits, and who should skip
Open-ear earbuds suit commuters and office workers who want to hear traffic, colleagues or announcements while music plays. The Gadgeteer says the light clip-on fit and call-focused hardware could appeal to them. UGREEN's IP56 rating covers sweat and splashes, but that is UGREEN's claim.
Movies Games and Tech called the fit very comfortable and the bass "a good amount" for an open-ear design. Its reviewer also said the directional audio "does a good job of keeping sound leakage down." Those are subjective impressions, not measurements, so expect some sound to reach people close to you at higher volume.
Skip them if bass or isolation matters most. With the ear canal unsealed, outside noise comes in. The Gadgeteer points those buyers to in-ear earbuds with noise cancelling.
What the AI translation needs
The translation tools need UGREEN's UgreenAudio app and a phone. The app runs on Android 8.0 or later or iOS 15.1 or later, but UGREEN says the AI features need Android 9 or later or iOS 15.1 or later.
Online mode needs an internet connection, covers 131 languages, and UGREEN says it is free for a limited time. We could not confirm what happens when that period ends. Offline mode covers 11 languages and needs language packs downloaded in advance. UGREEN's German page lists 10 offline languages, so check your pair in the app first.
UGREEN lists live recording, transcription, simultaneous translation, dialogue translation and meeting summaries. The Movies Games and Tech review did not report testing translation, and we found no measured test of accuracy or delay. Treat the language count as advertised coverage, not proof of quality.
One more catch: UGREEN says LDAC hi-res audio needs a source that supports it, and notes iPhone supports AAC only.
