The ASUS ProArt P14 and ProArt P16 are NVIDIA RTX Spark laptops, and The Gadgeteer lists their entry configurations at $2,599.99 and $2,799.99 with a Best Buy release date of October 16, 2026. ASUS's October 7 press release says preorders opened that day at the ASUS Store and Best Buy, with prices "starting at $2,599.99".
ASUS's own store pages currently show higher entry prices, covered below.
Prices and configurations
| Model | Configuration | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProArt P14 (H7407) | 24GB / 512GB, 3K OLED, 18-core CPU, 5,120-core GPU | $2,599.99 | The Gadgeteer buyer's guide |
| ProArt P16 (H7607) | 24GB / 512GB, 4K OLED, 18-core CPU, 5,120-core GPU | $2,799.99 | The Gadgeteer buyer's guide |
| ProArt P16 (H7607BA-XP99T) | 128GB / 2TB | $6,999.99 US MSRP | The Gadgeteer P16 review |
The Gadgeteer links the entry models to Best Buy and the 128GB P16 to the ASUS US Store.
ASUS's press release gives the $2,599.99 starting price for the pair. The $2,799.99 P16 price rests on The Gadgeteer's buyer's guide alone. IMBOLDN says the first units arrive October 16 through the ASUS eShop and Best Buy; ASUS's release gives the preorder date but we did not find October 16 in it.
Why ASUS's store shows higher prices
ASUS's own pages list higher "starting at" prices than its press release: $3,699.99 for the P14 and $4,399.99 for the P16 on the ASUS Store. A live ASUS eShop listing for the P14 also shows $3,699.99, for a higher-memory configuration than the entry model. Check both ASUS and Best Buy for the exact configuration before you order.
What the top configuration offers
ASUS says the RTX Spark platform pairs a Grace CPU with up to 20 cores and a Blackwell RTX GPU with up to 6,144 CUDA cores, and quotes up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance.
Memory goes up to 128GB of unified memory, shared between the CPU and GPU. ASUS says that is enough for models of up to 120 billion parameters with a 1-million-token context window on the device.
These are ASUS's figures and apply to the top configuration, not the $2,599.99 entry model.
The Gadgeteer notes that how much memory a workload can use depends on everything else running, since the pool is shared.
Screens, size and ports
- P14: ASUS lists a 14-inch 3K OLED with 120Hz VRR, Delta E below 1 and up to 1,600 nits HDR peak brightness, in a body as thin as 0.55 in (13.9 mm) that weighs 3.26 lb (1.48 kg), with a battery up to 90Wh. The Gadgeteer says its full-size SD reader is UHS-II and it has one M.2 slot.
- P16: ASUS lists a 16-inch 4K OLED touchscreen with the same 120Hz, Delta E and brightness figures, a body as thin as 0.51 in (13.0 mm) at 3.90 lb (1.77 kg), a battery up to 99.9Wh and an SD Express 7.0 reader. ASUS lists two M.2 PCIe 5.0 slots.
- Both come in Nano Black and Neo White.
- The Gadgeteer says ASUS's 1,600 nits figure applies to selected configurations, so check the exact one you buy.
What to know before buying
The headline numbers belong to the 128GB model that costs $6,999.99, so check the exact memory and display combination you are buying. The Gadgeteer says moving from 24GB to a high-memory configuration can matter far more than the $200 gap between the entry P14 and P16.
ASUS says CUDA runs natively on RTX Spark and highlights ComfyUI workflows and local agents.
We have not tested app compatibility, battery life under sustained AI workloads or Windows on Arm plugin support, and we have not independently tested these laptops. The Gadgeteer lists other RTX Spark laptops arriving the same day, including the Surface Laptop Ultra, so this is not the only option.
Still unknown
- Prices for configurations between $2,799.99 and $6,999.99
- Whether the $2,599.99 and $2,799.99 base configurations will appear on the ASUS Store
