Amazon lists the Elegoo Centauri 2 Combo at $328.99 as of Oct 15, 2026, against a $461.99 list price, with a "Deal selling fast" timer. It is in stock and sold by ELEGOO Official US, a third-party seller rather than Amazon. The tip came from Mashable.

How big is the saving?

The $133.00 gap to the list price ($461.99 minus $328.99) is measured from Amazon's list price, not from the recorded average. camelcamelcamel shows an average third-party new price of $359.71, so $328.99 is about $31 below that recorded average ($359.71 minus $328.99, or $30.72).

camelcamelcamel's page also shows $328.99 as the lowest recorded price, set Oct 14, 2026, and $461.99 as the highest, on Jul 31, 2026. Elegoo's own US store lists the Combo at $329.00, one cent more.

Our assessment: a real low, but a modest one.

What the Combo includes

  • Elegoo's page lists the Combo's CANVAS multicolor system for 4-color printing, with RFID filament detection and auto refill.
  • Elegoo lists a 256 x 256 x 256 mm build volume, a CoreXY design and speeds up to 500 mm/s.
  • Elegoo describes full-auto calibration, including four-point auto-leveling.
  • Elegoo's page headlines the printer "Open Build, Open to Color" and does not list an enclosure. The page's image note says the filaments shown are sold separately.

Closest rivals

Prices are from Amazon and the manufacturers' US stores as of Oct 15, 2026.

  • Elegoo Centauri 2 Combo on Amazon: $328.99.
  • Elegoo Centauri 2 Combo on Elegoo's store: $329.00, crossed out from $379.00.
  • Bambu Lab A1 Combo on Bambu Lab's store: $399.00, with a 256 x 256 x 256 mm build volume and an AMS lite that Bambu says handles up to 4 colors.
  • Bambu Lab P1S AMS Combo on Bambu Lab's store: $549.00; Bambu lists the P1S shell as enclosed.
  • Creality Hi Combo on Creality's store: $449.00, listed as sold out, with a 260 x 260 x 300 mm build volume and up to 16 colors with four CFS units.

Who should buy it

Our assessment: the Elegoo suits a beginner who wants 4-color prints for the least money. It undercuts Bambu's A1 Combo by $70.01 ($399.00 minus $328.99) and Bambu's P1S AMS Combo by $220.01, and Elegoo's own store by one cent. Creality's Hi Combo is $449.00.

The P1S is the pick for printing in an enclosure: Bambu lists its shell as enclosed, while Elegoo's page does not list an enclosure. The A1 matches the Centauri's build volume for $70.01 more. Creality's Hi Combo is sold out on its own store.

Why it matters

The $461.99 list price equals the highest price camelcamelcamel recorded, and the saving against its recorded average is about $31.

The trade-off is the seller. The listing is sold by ELEGOO Official US, not Amazon, and Elegoo's store asks $329.00, so Amazon's edge is one cent. Our assessment: pick whichever checkout, return and warranty terms you prefer; the price gap is not the reason to choose.

Our call

This is an editorial assessment, not a test of the printer. At $328.99 it is the cheapest 4-color printer here, but Elegoo's page lists no enclosure, so buyers who want one should look at Bambu Lab's P1S. Our Creality K3 story covers another multicolor printer.
