GMKtec's US store lists the EVO-X5 Pro, a mini PC with AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 chip and 192GB of memory, at $6,799. The 4TB version is $7,099. The page says the first 100 units sold out, and it can be added to cart.
The model is not new. GMKtec announced it in September, and Notebookcheck reported on Sept. 28 that it was orderable. YouTuber ETA Prime has since published a hands-on video.

The price and stock
GMKtec's US page shows $6,799 for the 192GB and 2TB configuration and $7,099 for 192GB and 4TB. Its buy-more-save-more offer takes $100 off each unit when you buy two. The page says the first 100 units sold out and gives shipping dates in late September and early October, which look out of date. Both configurations could be added to cart when we checked at 10:45 a.m. ET on Oct. 11. We did not find a US Amazon listing.
What the hands-on adds
ETA Prime's video is titled "Ryzen AI Max+ 495 Hands On! 160GB of VRAM in a Mini PC." Geeky Gadgets' write-up of it describes the memory, ports and a 140W high-performance mode. We did not confirm that figure against GMKtec's own specifications. We did not watch the full video, and we did not test the machine.
Similar machines
Notebookcheck says Minisforum's MS-S1 Max-P495 uses the same processor and 192GB. Minisforum's store page for it shows no US price. Acemagic's F9A with the same chip is listed at $6,499 for 192GB and 2TB.
GMKtec's US store also lists an EVO-X3 with the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 at $3,799.99. We did not check that listing's memory configuration.
What is not confirmed
- Shipping dates for new orders. GMKtec's page dates look out of date, and we did not place an order.
- Real-world speed. We have not seen independent benchmarks.
- Sustained power limits and how loud or hot the machine runs.
