Best Buy's listing showed $999.99 as of 4:30 p.m. ET, Oct. 28, 2026, for the 55-inch LG C6 OLED evo (2026), sold by Best Buy and labelled "Top Deal." Amazon's listing, sold by Amazon, had the same price, and Amazon has charged $999.99 since about Oct. 17, so it may end at any time. Check the price at checkout.

The price

  • Best Buy: $999.99, sold by Best Buy, labelled "Top Deal."
  • Amazon: $999.99, sold by Amazon.
  • Amazon's recent history: Keepa shows $1,300 to $1,500 from August to mid-October, then $999.99 from around Oct. 17. That is the lowest it has recorded in the 215 days it has tracked this model, and $300 to $500 under the earlier range.
  • Longer view: CamelCamelCamel puts the all-time average at $1,469.22 and the high at $1,699.99.
  • "Save $1,000" label: Best Buy's listings show "Save $1,000" against a $1,999.99 comparison value (labelled "50% off" on its Top Deals page). That is not a real earlier price, so do not read it as the saving.

What the listing says

Best Buy's listing describes a 55-inch 4K OLED evo with the α11 AI Processor Gen3 and a Brightness Booster. We did not test the TV, and we are not adding specs the page does not state.

What we checked

We read the Best Buy and Amazon listings on Oct. 28 and Keepa's Amazon price graph. We did not check whether the price differs by region, store pickup or delivery date, or whether other sellers list the TV.

What to do

If you were waiting for a 55-inch OLED under $1,000, check the price at both stores at checkout, since either can change without notice. If you do not need an OLED, see Sony's 55-inch Bravia 6 OLED deal or Samsung's 65-inch S90H OLED for other sizes and brands. More price drops are in Gadgets and accessories.
