Amazon's listing showed $44.99 as of 9:34 a.m. ET, Oct. 29, 2026, for the newest Ring Battery Doorbell 2K in Speckled Gray. Amazon calls it a Limited time deal against a "typical price" of $99.99. It is not the lowest price this doorbell has had: Keepa shows it at $40 from about Sept. 23 to Oct. 8. The price can change, so check the page before you buy.

The price

  • Amazon: $44.99, 55 percent off the $99.99 "typical price" Amazon shows. No end time is shown.
  • Recent history: Keepa shows the Amazon price at about $100 in early August, then mostly $70 to $100 over the past three months.
  • The $40 stretch: it dropped to about $40 from around Sept. 23 to Oct. 8, then went back to about $100 until roughly Oct. 22 to 24. It has been $44.99 since then.
  • Read it this way: $44.99 is well under the usual $70 to $100, but about $5 above that earlier low. These Keepa figures are our read of the chart, not Keepa's own statistics.
  • Amazon Visa: Amazon's $50 off for the Amazon Visa card is a card offer and is not in the $44.99.

What Amazon lists

  • Video: Retinal 2K with wide-angle video and up to 6x enhanced zoom.
  • Talk and alerts: Live View, Two-Way Talk and real-time motion alerts on your phone.
  • Power: a built-in rechargeable battery, charged over USB-C (cable not included). A removal tool detaches the doorbell from the wall.
  • Alexa: works with select Alexa devices.

What it costs after you buy

Amazon says scrolling back through recorded video and AI-powered alerts need a compatible Ring Protect subscription, sold separately. For plan prices and a two-device cost example, see our Ring doorbell and Indoor Cam bundle story.

The bundle option

On Oct. 22 Amazon had the doorbell with an Indoor Cam Plus at $69.99, in our bundle story. That price had a timer and is no longer showing: the Indoor Cam Plus bundle on this same listing was $104.98 at 9:34 a.m. ET Oct. 29.

Who it suits

In our read, untested: this suits someone who wants a battery doorbell without wiring and is fine recharging it. For other Ring and Blink prices Amazon was running, see our early Black Friday roundup.
