Amazon's Ring Battery Doorbell and Indoor Cam Plus bundle was $69.99 as of about 5 p.m. ET, Oct. 22, 2026, down from $159.98. That earlier figure is Amazon's prior bundle price, not a list price. A countdown timer pointed to an end near 3 a.m. ET Oct. 23.

The price

All Amazon prices below are as of about 5 p.m. ET, Oct. 22.

What you get

  • Doorbell: listed as the Ring Battery Doorbell (2nd Gen), with Retinal 2K video, 6x enhanced zoom and a 140-by-140-degree view. It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery, or can be hardwired at 8-24 VAC.
  • Indoor Cam Plus: 2K video, a 115-by-60-degree view, USB-C power and a sliding lens cover. The microphone stays on unless you disable it in the app.
  • Wi-Fi: 2.4GHz only.

If you only need the doorbell, the Battery Doorbell 2K was $44.99 as of about 5 p.m. ET Oct. 22, against a $99.99 list price.

What it costs after you buy

Ring Protect is optional. Live View, Two-Way Talk and real-time motion alerts are device features. Video history (up to 180 days), smart person and package alerts, Doorbell Calls and AI descriptions need a plan. A 30-day free trial starts at setup.

  • Solo: $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year, covers one device.
  • Multi: $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, covers every device at one location.

Total: this bundle has two devices, so Solo covers only one. With Multi, the first year is $169.98 ($69.99 bundle price as of 5 p.m. ET plus $99.99 on the annual plan), less any trial time.

Why it matters

The low price needs a plan to get full use of both devices. Skip the plan and you keep live view and motion alerts but lose recorded history. The doorbell's battery needs recharging, and 2.4GHz-only Wi-Fi may not suit every router setup.
